Delivery & Return Procedure

Operating Hours:

• Delivery and pickup: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Service Areas:

• Free delivery and pickup in Kuta, Legian, Denpasar, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Umalas, and Sanur.

Scheduling:

• Please specify your preferred delivery and collection times within our operating hours.
• Your floaty will be delivered and inflated at your location.
• At the end of your rental period, we will collect the floaty from your accommodations at the agreed time.

Included in Your Rental:

• Pool float
• Delivery and pickup of the floaty
• Inflation of the floaty at your location

Not Included:

• Insurance

Additional Information:

• A delivery fee of IDR 40,000 per trip applies for deliveries to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Ubud. Please pay this fee directly in cash to our staff.
• In case of damage to the floaty (e.g., holes, tears, stains), a surcharge of IDR 450,000 will be applied.
