Bali Zoo Elephant Mud Fun: Pick-Up Times, Policies, and Essentials

Pick-Up Times:

Morning Session:

• 07:00 AM (Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran)
• 07:30 AM (Sanur, Ubud)

Afternoon Session:

• 11:00 AM (Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran)
• 11:30 AM (Sanur, Ubud)

Children’s Policy:

• For safety reasons, children must be at least 120 cm tall to participate and will be charged the adult rate. Children under 120 cm are not permitted in the mud fun area.
• For groups exceeding 20 people, a buffet lunch will be provided.
• Bali Zoo does not offer babysitting services. Parents are responsible for supervising their children who remain at the restaurant during the program.

Additional Information:

• Elephant Mud Fun is closed on the 27th and 28th of each month for routine pool maintenance and mud replacement.
